Now, today's Food Item is well known across the world and is the treasure of arguably India's best food cuisine, Punjabi!
The first thing which comes into mind, when we think of Punjab, is fearlessness, their devotion and their food. Their food includes a variety of items ranging from Lassi (A Yoghurt based drink) to its Kulcha's ,Sarson de Saag and it's delicious Non Vegetarian Dishes like Butter Chicken(Murgh Makhani) and its Tandoori Chicken.
With Dhabas in every street in India and around the world and My personal interests into the cuisine(and the fact that I can't go out), I wanted to experiment with a very popular Punjabi dish at home, Chole Batura(One of the most classical dishes in Punjabi Cuisine and one of the most popular dishes in India.)
Now, like any other person who's fascinated with food, would first look up how to make Chole Batura, more importantly how to make a batura as those are extremely hard master the art of making it fluffy.
But i eventually did ask for help from my mother to make the batura and well she helped me do wonders
Now it was time for the best part!
Eat!
Here is the final output of my first try at Punjabi food(well at least my first half attempt :p)
Chole Batura with Onions on the side, if only I had a sweet lassi on the side, it would have been the perfect Punjabi Lunch!
All of this was done at home and you can also try it out at home. You'll not only have fun making it but also eating it.
Have A Great Day !
