A Fusion of Traditions, Trendy or Distasteful

When writing this post up, I was in a dilemma on whether something so unusual and so out of the box, would be be something fascinating to read about. But after actually tasting the final product, I have no doubt in my mind, that this should blow your mind!

So, the dish for this week is well Paneer or Cottage Cheese without any salt, with the combination of Hakka Noodles. Two things, I never thought would go together, especially dry Paneer 65. However, to my absolute surprise, It was delicious and very inclusive of both traditions and cultures.

In my honest opinion, it is time to start making trendy and very modern type of food without completely distorting or destroying tradition.
